• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hrs of your scheduled time or you will be charged a modest rebooking fee of $25

• Your appointment reservation is being held exclusively for you. In the event that you are unable to honor your appointment time and "no show" you will be charged the full service fee.
